• Island rules
• Inviting someone to your island with the purpose of stealing their value and kicking them is not allowed. This determination is based on staff discretion.
•  
• Sabotaging players during server events is not allowed. The events must be focused on defeating the challenge, not interfering with other players. Interference must be reported with clear evidence subject to staff review.
•  
• Items and blocks (including spawners) placed on an island become the property of the island and are not eligible for return unless the island owner is in active agreement. Owner absence is NOT an exception to this.
•  
• For an island to be eligible to win an Top Island Level reward, it must have shown continuous and adequate growth and mission completion that equates to the island’s value since the creation of the island.
• Note: whether an island satisfies this rule is entirely at Senior Staff discretion and the decision is final once reached. Violations do not need to be reported via a ticket as staff will assess the winning islands prior to each payout. If you are concerned about the eligibility of YOUR island, you may open a ticket for review.

• Removing value from an island bank and giving to other islands without the island owner’s permission is not allowed.
• PvP Rules:
• No toxicity allowed about PVP.
•  
• Bypassing restricted commands or behaviors in PVP is not allowed.
•  
• If you feel a command should be restricted, open a Suggestion ticket on Discord.
• Bringing or using pets in PVP arenas is not allowed.
•  
• Any glitch or exploit to get an unfair advantage in combat is not allowed.
•  
• Teleporting players without their knowledge of where the teleport leads to them potentially being killed is not allowed.
• Scamming/Deals/Deceptive Behaviour
• Scamming or lying to players about in-game things is not allowed. This includes selling people items with false or misleading information.
•  
• Any items taken from a player via plugin mechanics, or accidental drops by the player must be returned upon request.
• Build Rules
• Death traps for players are not allowed. This includes any mechanic that causes a player to die that they have not previously agreed to.

• Griefing any build that you did not make is not allowed, this includes but is not limited to the following situations:

• Note: Do not repair any grief yourself. Report the issue and location and allow staff to reverse the damage or nothing can be done.
•  
• Breaking builds on an island without the owner’s express permission.
• Adding to builds on an island when the owner has asked you explicitly not to.
• Bypassing private container protections by any means.
• Privating another player’s chest without their permission.
• Lavacasting with the intent to disrupt an island’s build (subject to staff discretion)
• General Server Rules
• General Behaviour:

• Be nice to everyone. Spamming/insults/harassment/threatening other players is not allowed.
• Scamming is not allowed in any form.
• Racism, homophobia, or any other forms of discrimination will never be tolerated here.
• No controversial or negative topics in chat, such as politics or self-harm/suicide etc.
• You do not know who is on the other side of the screen to you so make sure you keep all personal information to yourself and never share it with anyone you don't trust online.
• This is an English server, and as such we only allow English in chat as its too hard to moderate various languages.
• All general chats must be kept PG at all times. If a conversation becomes 18+, please move to DMs/somewhere else.

• Griefing/Stealing:

• If it is not yours, do not touch, take, or break it.
• Players put a lot of time into their builds and collecting items, so please respect this and know that any griefing or stealing will lead to warnings/punishments.
•  
• Hacked Clients:
•  
• -As the name suggests this is a Vanilla server; you are permitted to use Optifine/Lunar/Badlion/Forge clients.
• -Any other clients (Ex: Wurst, Impact, etc.) will result in a ban from the server for a set period of time. This is non-negotiable.
• -Upon returning from a ban, you will need to provide screenshot evidence that your unapproved client is no longer in use.

• Punishments:

• Unfortunately not everyone will follow the rules, and as such we have a warning system in place which includes kicking, muting, and, ultimately, banning for varying lengths of time.
• The more warnings are received for breaking the rules, the longer the ban.
• Not knowing the rules will not excuse poor behavior, so please make sure you adhere to our community guidelines!

• Additional/General Rules:

• Be kind to one another and report any rule breaking to the staff team.
• Keep personal information to yourself.
• No inappropriate/offensive builds are allowed here.
• Exchanging in-game items/money for real world money is illegal, and thus not allowed here.
• Auto-clickers/macros of any kind are not allowed, REGARDLESS of the reason of why they are being used.
• No duping methods or dupers allowed in any capacity. Any use of these will result in a ban.
• No bypassing the AFK timer by any means other than actively playing (Ex: no afk pools, auto clickers, macros etc.)
• Using alt accounts to AFK while your main is online is also considered bypassing the AFK timer.  Keep to one account online at a time.
• Do not push or find loopholes with the rules/plugins and exploit them maliciously; this will lead to immediate punishment and a possible ban.
• Play fairly and within the rules.

• Issuing or threatening to issue a chargeback or any form of legal action against Simply Skyblock will result in a permanent ban from the entirety of the network.

• Logging in to the Simply Skyblocks store under another player’s username is not allowed. If you wish to buy something for another player, login as yourself and use the “Gift this package” option on the store.
